Calgary has for many years been Canada's boomtown breeding a vibrant downtown culture and dining scene. Phil & Sebastian has been one of Canada's best roasters for a number of years and their Simmons Building location is one of the best coffee shops in Calgary.
Specializing in innovative roasts, it is possible to spend $50 on a half-pound bag of coffee, perhaps reminiscent of the great Calgary oil boom. Everything here is exceptional, and if you arrive before lunch, maybe just stay to eat at neighbouring Charbar.
